I have just started a blog and am looking for similar blogs. I am quite a fit guy yet I want to live healthier. I always tell people that I want to live past 100 years old and I will! 

I want to understand what I eat and what it does to me. the society and government and big companies benefit too much from people who eat anything. Kellog&#039;s for example is not good for you. Cereal is probably the worst breakfast I can think of yet people fall for the advertising. 

Like you, a blog is a very good way for me to keep me motivated. Lets stay in touch!
