I gained a pound. not happy about. I wish I had something else to talk about but that has been the only thing on my mind. I need to say NO to eating out and YES to eating my health food.

I gained a pound. not happy about. I wish I had something else to talk about but that has been the only thing on my mind. I need to say NO to eating out and YES to eating my health food.
Don’t despair! Our weight fluctuates up and down every day, so only weigh yourself once a week at the same time and same day. One pound is nothing to worry about, really. Now, if you’re still 190 in a month…that’s when I’d worry.
